Influencer Marketing Rates in Ghana 2026: What Creators Actually Charge

Advertise with real creators in Ghana — or get paid to share adverts.

Nobody in Ghana publishes their rates. Brands guess, creators undercharge or overcharge, and both sides waste time discovering they were never in the same range. This is a working rate card for 2026, plus the context you need to use it without getting fleeced or fleecing anybody.

    The rate card

Rates in Ghana follow the standard follower tiers. These are per single post, and they are starting points for a negotiation rather than fixed prices:

    • Nano, 1,000 to 5,000 followers: about 10 to 40 dollars per post
    • Micro, 5,000 to 50,000 followers: about 40 to 150 dollars per post
    • Macro, 50,000 to 300,000 followers: about 200 to 800 dollars per post
    • Celebrity, 300,000+ followers: 1,500 dollars and upwards per post

For comparison, a 30-second radio advert in Ghana costs GH₵200 to GH₵500, and an entertainment blog post costs GH₵200 to GH₵1,000. A nano creator sits comfortably below both, which is why small budgets go furthest at the bottom of this table.

Why nano and micro creators usually win

The instinct is to spend the whole budget on the biggest name you can afford. It is usually the wrong call. A celebrity post reaches a large, broad, largely disinterested audience once. Twenty micro creators reach twenty tight communities who actually take their recommendations, and the campaign appears to be everywhere rather than to be one advert.

There is also a credibility effect. One big account posting your product reads as a paid endorsement, because it is. Twenty smaller accounts posting it in the same week reads as something happening.

    What changes the price

    • Deliverables. One Status post is not one feed post is not a full video. Agree exactly what you are buying.
    • How long it stays up. A Status disappears in 24 hours. A feed post that stays is worth more.
    • Exclusivity. Asking a creator not to promote a competitor for a period costs extra, fairly.
    • Usage rights. If you want to reuse their content in your own ads, that is a separate fee.
    • Whether they made the content. A creator filming their own video is doing more work than one reposting your artwork.

    Followers are the weakest signal

Follower count sets the tier, but it should not settle the price. Before you agree anything, look at whether recent posts get comments from real accounts, whether the audience is actually in Ghana, and whether the followers grew steadily or in one suspicious jump.

That last point matters more than people admit. Bought followers are common and they are worthless to you - you are paying for reach that does not exist. A creator with 4,000 real Ghanaian followers is a better buy than one with 40,000 bought ones, at any price.

For creators: how to price yourself

Start from the tier, then adjust for what you actually deliver. If you are filming original content, charge more than a repost. If your audience is tightly focused - one city, one genre, one profession - say so, because a focused audience is worth more per follower than a scattered one.

Two things to hold firm on. Get paid per placement rather than on promises of exposure. And always label paid posts as adverts. Creators who hide it lose their audience the moment somebody works it out, and audience trust is the entire product you are selling.

    How payment usually works

In Ghana most of this settles over Mobile Money, either half up front and half on delivery, or in full once proof of the post is sent. The friction is trust in both directions - the brand fears paying for a post that never appears, the creator fears posting and never being paid.

That is the gap a placement platform closes. On TaskCashFlow the advertiser funds the placement up front, the creator posts and submits proof, and the fee is released once the proof is approved. Neither side has to trust the other personally.

Advertise Through Real Creators in Ghana

Businesses place an advert and set a fee per placement. Creators share it with their own audience, labelled as an advert, and are paid to their MoMo wallet.
